It DOES look like you took a pic of a sleeping girl, so that kind of creeps me out a little. Looks like poor lighting rather than soft focus.

This image is growing on me, but it doesn't pop. My suggestions:
Even out the lighting. Right side is brighter than the left.
Brush/cut her hair. I just looks unkempt.
Do something with her hands. Spread fingers maybe? They are just hanging there like they aren't part of the shot.
Use a support item that either truly blends into the background or contrasts with it.

I want to like this more than I do. The problem for me is the focus. Your subject looks blurry, but the rocks, especially at lower left, seem better focused. Composition is really good. B&W works. Would make a great poster if it was clearer.
