I had 9 lives....once upon a timeby meowComment: Fine expression to set this cat apart from other less interesting portraits. Might consider cropping tighter on the right to reduce the expanse of bright background, and maybe a bit from the left for balance and to approach a square crop. |

Graphic quality is so nice that it makes me wish for a next degree of perfection, maybe keeping the inner cover and page tighter to the other pages and tacking down the feathered pages for more uniformity (tacky glue? - or maybe not...). The colors and shapes inside the loop keep the eye occupied well. |

Red Arrows by joekentComment: Thumbnail view: five contrails. Voting view: nine red airplanes - nice visual surprise. Red usually works well with blue, so choice of grey sky is interesting. I think that sets up the small red areas to have much greater impact. Well seen and nicely executed. |

Lady Black and the 9 Leavesby Rainbow-Coloured-SoulComment: Square crop is good for this subject and the almost glowing yellow-green stem makes this better than many flower shots. I wonder if rotating to have the stem end closer to a corner (if possible) might make this more dynamic. |
