Perspirationby karenkComment: Looks like a flexible straw in something carbonated but clear (7-Up?). The green stripe(s) and hint of blue in the bubbles make a nice combination. I wonder how it would look without the red and yellow components in the background. |

Red? Blue? Red it is!by wdammanComment: Having experimented with toothpaste shots in the past, I appreciate how much trouble it is to get a glob of thick paint to have enough definition and variation to be interesting. This image makes me want to play around with paints. |

Heartsby artvetComment: Technically well executed. One of these days I'll have to try something like that, realizing it is more difficult than it might seem. |

A Hint Of Blueby h2Comment: I'm enjoing the variety of textures along with the simplicity of the overall composition. |

_Red Tripartiteby gtjewellComment: Nice find. Can't decide if the shadows are distracting or add interest, but the red socks are great. |

Flaming Snake Eyesby Marc923Comment: Creative use of the dice, lovely "flames", and just enough texture in the background to make it a little more interesting. |

Red Apple Towerby HarlequinComment: The intact top of the apple is appealing, but the oxidizing core is not. Might be stronger with the geometric black squares blacker against a whiter field, but the juxtaposition with geometric shapes may be too much of a stretch. I wonder if this might have come out better with the core artfully placed among some fallen leaves. |

Redby choltmeierComment: Wish the background could have been less cluttered, particularly by the guy with the red necktie. Perhaps stepping to your right a bit would have helped. Red skirt, necktie, and hair (nominally, although rather orange here) and red on the boxes fit the challenge, but that expression (snarl?) makes the image less appealing (and doesn't communicate "strength" very well, if that was the intent). |
