Canadian Hot Tubby QuigleyComment: Ok, a couple questions.
First of all wouldn't the heat conduction from the metal tub transfer upward and melt the snow off of the rim? That is unless you really are just sitting in an empty tub, in which case you are crazier than it first appeared.
Second, maybe the tub is fiberglass (the reason for the snow not melting from the edge of the tub so fast)? Or...maybe...you have ANOTHER hot water pot, sitting on the bottom of the tub, between your legs and the steam coming up from it appears to be the "hot water" in your bath.
Last but not least your bare arms. Even if you have hot water in the "tub", your arms are dry which would mean that they have not contacted the "hot" water so therefore are <98.6 degrees and uncovered in the winter air! Wow, what dedication for an entry at DPC. Keep up the great work. -BB
PS. Pardon my musings, this did get kinda long didn't it? lol.
PSS. Can't wait to see who this is. |

Arrivalby AnnComment: Talk about "Stopped Motion"; I don't see ANY blur in the birds wings! Very impressive. Way to have the background be OOF but not blownout. -BB |

Ye olde farmby jessy_pesceComment: This feels like a photo of a "photo"; other than that I'm not sure how you can get this effect? It feels very pre-digital camera so for me I like that. 7 |

glowby k4ffyComment: I love night / cityscape shots. This is similar to one of my photos; high vantage point, night-time, skyscrapers on the horizon. Your coloring is great here, nice job. -BB |

The Path Homeby levyj413Comment: I totally recognize this walkway from my trip to DC! I took a shot similar to this one but not quite as dramatic. I love the duo-tones here -BB
PS. Isn't this close to the United States Mint? |
