Great shot . The use of bokeh here is not distracting and the DoF on the pencil is wonderful. The overall composition of the shot is well done and the lighting is well used to tell the story of the shot. Nicely done.

Nice action on the hammer it leads you to the subject in one fluid motion. Nice creativity and execution with this shot. I'll offer one thing for you to consider, the lighting is a little harsh on the pencil. That being said the overall lighting is well done and suits the shot nicely.

Nice ant bridge, do you think they will like it? I like the use of the water as your background. If I could offer one thing I would like to have seen the whole pencil in focus because it is the story we are looking for and have the water a little more in a bokeh state. That being said I do like that this is very different from anything that I have looked at so far in this challenge.

You either had this model laying around and were waiting for the right time to use it or you might just have a little to much time on your hands. Overall I like the idea and the setup but I do think that you could use more light at the top of your image. I like the pencil shahings for the center lines very creative.
