Although there is no actual wind represented in the I can certainly understand your interpretation. I absolutely love the composition of this picture but I feel it's lacking in brightness and could benefit from some color sarutaion. You've probably gotten slammed for not having "wind" in the picture so I'll be sure not to. - 9

i'm sure you've heard this already, but the border does not do this picture justice at all. The picture is very overexposed. Removing the border and shortening the exposure would have helped tremendously.

I like the overall feel of this and the color as well. But it looks as if it was taken with a very low resolution camera or camera phone. Strange, but nice.
