So many interesting lines here. I like the sun trying to blaze through the "latticed" side. A perfect subject for black and white. And if you're looking for suggestions, about the only complaint I have is the harsh lighting, but you've addressed that. And you've done a good job of minimizing it. Not much else you could do. Gives you an excuse to go back to a favorite spot and reshoot at another time of the day. :)

Great job of letting the shadows tell the story here. Such detail and perfect timing to get the pose just right, you can even see the cigarette in the lady's hand.

Cool shot. Simple but effective. I like the footsteps leading away from the sign. Gives a sense of life to the shot. You know some random person has touched this piece of land.

Great candid shot. The woman may not even be with that guy, but you've done a good job of isolating them. The picture tells us that she is ready to go, she doesn't want to be there, but he's gonna get his fishing in. Nice capture of this moment in time.

From the thumbnail, it looked like some little plant sprouting from the ground. It must have been a pain to get the focus just right on a hair. :)

I like it. I like the composition. It almost looks like the runner is watching the duck (if he can keep his eyes open with that bright sun coming across the water).

I'm gonna go against the crowd and say I actually like the B&W version a little better. The car and driver really pop against the white background. Great job panning the shot.
