dog is too far away to provide a real point of interest and there really isn't anything else going on to hold viewer's attention. very cluttered compositionally.

way too much sky, but main problem is that the guy should be in focus with perhaps the stuff in the background slightly OOF so that he stands out. getting closer would have helped immensely as well.

there is a lot of clutter in the frame that doesn't add to the composition (can crop off the whole right third). subjects don't look like they are bouncing, just that you didn't use a fast enough shutter, and you're not close enough to make the little bit of movement interesting.
