Nice job - it's difficult w/no flash or fill and the sun behind your subject. This is when wearing a white t-shirt really helps 'cause it bounces light for you! Good portrait and pretty subject.

Sorry... shiny objects and favorite cities lead me off on tangents...

The best thing about cloudy days like this is it's like having a big soft box over your head and you can realy pump up the color saturation!

Oh, been to Aviano too - ever go skiing up there?

One of my favorite places I've been! Walked right through there and took the train up the mountain to the gondola and then up to the Zugspitz. Loved every moment of it!

I think this tells a story - something about how the outside world continues on but the textures and tones within the cemetary walls are much more beautiful.

Personally, I love the bottom half of the image from the top of the fence down - I'd work on the sky and the lightness of the buildings.

Cool idea! I agree a lighter background may help out and a focused 'Redo' would be nice. Perfect example of when to use your DoF preview - if your camera has one. Love the idea though, this would look great if the keys were a Valentine's Red!
