Ladder of Deathby jackal9Comment: I love the POV on this, again you have really capture the feeling of height. Almost feels like with a bit of cropping it could have been an entry for the vanishing point competition.

Gothicby jackal9Comment: Shoot what a great church and image. Some top PP going on there. love the contrast against the sky tht gives the church a real imposing (and possibly doom laden) air about it
Almost tempted to suggest it could be cropped a bit tighter to lose the telegraph pole on the left and the small building on the right, but this might actually detract from the overall effect as given that these are both relatively small keeping them in heightens the impression that this church dominates everything |

Iced Tea Stirrers croppedby AliciaComment: Yup like this a lot without the offending lady in it (who had a very scary expression on her face)
Love slice of life shot. Lots going on but it doesnt feel too crowded meaning you can appreciate the whole image and then various bits of it
As has been said, hats of for taking this candid photo in such a public place |

Day-10by SandyPComment: OK...OK, so great minds think alike as we both posted cow pics, but there the similarity ends...Your cow is mightily more impressive than mine and so is your finished product
Love the contrast between the black of the cows upper body, the white band and the darkness of its legs, great dof on this as well. Only slight thing is there seems to be something going on with its eyes and there are two white spots in them (the one on the right my just be an optical illusion and the spot may infact be a minute piece of white on its flank that is showing. Not sure about the one on the left though |

Subtleby RetroesqueComment: One of the greatest things about your entries in this challenge is that I never know what I am going to see when I enlarge your thumbnails as every shot is so different and every day there seems to be something that I can just sigh over. Today I have to say it is the way you have captured the sunlight through the trees. Excellent contrast which makes for a gorgeous shot |

Day 9 - A Horse, of courseby bdennyComment: I really like this image. Very different from the norm. The dof contrast, composition and tones make for a wonderful shot |

Day-9-BW-j-taime.jpgby JerseyGenieComment: Great shot of your friend. If anyone asked me to illustrate what love looked like then this would be a pretty damned fine illustration
You could argue that the focus on her could be a touch tighter, but to be honest the way it is captures an intimacy that you would lose if your spent too long getting them to pose

Beyondby noranekoComment: Oh my word. Your images in this challenge just seem to be getting better and better. I love this shot. the dof is perfect and the contrast between the sand , the plant and the (beautiful) sky is outstanding
Without question my favourite of your entries to date.
Even in B&W you can feel warmth radiating from this shot
Just wonderful |

Day 9 - Buggedby JutildaComment: Great image, the grainy texture is odd, beacuse it appears to impact on the petals of the daisy and the background, yet the bee/wasp/hornet has a sharpness and clarity than - in comparison - is noise free, this (for me) just adds to the 3D effect of the shot. I have seen insects on flowers images lots of time before, but never like this. Very appealing to the eye |

The Flower Fairy (Day 8)by colorcarnivalComment: I love it when there is a 'proper' story to go along with an image
Fantastic shot and would love to have the ability to isolate colour elements of an image like this
The shadow of the hand reaching for the tulips is a great touch to an already striking image |
