Nicely done. The lighting, composition, color, contrast, key, and content are all spot on imho. Looks like 3 lights maybe? My only little nitpick is the spots on the plate. I don't know if it's part of the tuna or some spices or if it's intentional for presentation but for me it's a bit distracting.

A little on the dark side for the photo content. You may want to check your monitor calibration. I'm viewing on two different monitors, neither of which is calibrated, but I know the main one I'm using is set a little too bright and your photo is still a little too dark on that one. So if someone is viewing on one that isn't calibrated and on the dark side your photo is going to be pretty dark. I like the idea of this though. Maybe a little extra light behind the subject(s) to the right side of the camera view.

Cute. I like the softness of the photograph but I think if the turtle were processed on a different layer with a little more contrast or added blacks it would stand out more. I can show you what I mean after the challenge is over if you'd like. (just pm me)

Maybe a tiny bit more diffusion on the light at camera top left. The colors are great!! Maybe a different title like "Garden Salad ingredients" or something else. The title as is just tells me you chose some colorful food that was photographic and that this is not actually recipe ingredients. Not voting down for it but some may be.
