Dressed To Maimby LydiaComment: Sexy and mysterious. I like the light stripes as well to compliment those found in the sweater. 7 |

Brothers in Armsby NeatComment: Adorable and sweet. I really like the B&W conversion with the sepia toning. Reminds me of the movie "Stand By Me". Well done... 8 |

Slightly Guardedby markwileyComment: Tack sharp from her knees back, and I'm assuming you wanted the shallow DOF to draw attention to her face...which it does. However in this particular case I personally think the image would have been even stronger than it already is had it all been in focus. Her left hand is fine, but her right hand, fingers and rolled up portion of the sleeve are too much of a distraction from the rest of the great shot.
The B&W conversion is excellent along with your title and the look on her face. Love all the stripes.... 8 |

666247by mbrutus2009Comment: I like the play on the devil here with the 666 and the pitch fork. The lighting and muted color has an older cinematic look and feel to it. The fact that he's not looking directly at the camera reinforces that effect.
The stripes certainly meet the challenge. My only nit pick would be that there was room on the left of the frame to slightly shift the composition to get all of the pitch fork in the frame and still not feel crowded. Well done... 8 |
