Very good challenge concept but your lighting is too harsh creating hot spots and shadows. Also, the box at the top is out of focus. It would have had more impact for me if you'd have had a few corn flakes falling out of the box at the moment of exposure.

I like the colors and grainy quality of the flower petals, as well as, the composition, which is really very good. For me, the weakest part of the picture is your subject, the two jewels, which seem under lit. They need a bit more pop from say a spot light, albeit hard to do with such small subjects. Actually, I think the whole image could use more light. Looks like your light source was natural light from a window? Good job, nonetheless. 8

Lovely colors with a nice spring-like feel, but I see no specific subject to focus on and the image is a bit too busy. Also, I see some noise that can be fixed up with Neat Image or Noise Ninja.

Lovely picture and meets the challenge well. I really like the colors and the arrangement of the elements, but find the small chrome flowerpot and teapot in the lower right need some propping up as they appear sloping and throw the image off balance. Very well done otherwise.

Lovely pastoral scene and I like the effect that the bright haze/mist gives. Maybe some cropping at the top of the picture is needed. Not sure how exactly this meets the challenge, but still a very nice photo.

The rustic window frame is very appealing but your background view is plain. The silhouette looks more like a black blob without much definition. Also, do I see some noise in the shadowed areas of the wooden frame?
