Wow. I can hardly believe it. Sometimes voters just flat out blow it. I guess that they thought it failed to "meet the challenge".

This is one of my top three choices for that challenge and is a fantastic image. Looks to me like only 4 other people in that challenge recognized great photography when they saw it. :)

The image shows a bit of the jaggies along some edges. The clouds on the left lack detail and are overexposed. Overall it is a nice scene and good picture. I suspect the lower score is not so much because of the picture itself, but because it was not "surreal" enough for the challenge to some voters. I scored it 6.

I can't tell you the number of keyboard pictures I have suffered through here at DPC. But this, by far, is the best I have ever seen. Kudos to you for both a very good image technically and a very creative shot. One of my personal top three for this challenge.
