The title is the Catholic shibboleth in latin "In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit." Wonderful shot. Excellent work on the sky.

Nicely done and now that I think about it ... it does look a bit like a good show I watch ...'Six Feet Under' from the first Season. Anyway, guess it pays to scope out a location and come back when required. OK... I'm off to my Douge and Burn training ;-)

Excellent work.

Nice job, love the drama working here with light, dark, shadows, green grass and the organization of graves. Chaos in life, order in death..brr..anyway, I think I've seen enough graves for a long time.

Lovely simplicity of composition, understated photo. I'm glad that Blue and your Red in this challenge were both vertical (portrait) layout, as a quiet way to emphasize the true realm of the cemetary, the relationship between earth and heaven, terrestrial and celestial. Cemetaries are more than resting places for human remains. They are thresholds, inviting us to look beyond this brief transitory existence into the mystery, wonder and glory of the life beyond. Congrats on your 2nd place photo, pointing us beyound the grass, trees, and even beyound the clouds.

My favorite photo so far. Awesome sky for a picture like this. The barren trees add so much to your picture too. I just love national cemeteries with their uniformity. They look so noble and gallant, don't they? 10

This is a very strong image, but certain aspects of it make me uneasy. primary among those are the almost perfectly centered and symmetrical trees, which seem too pat, and a sense of over-smoothing to the image. I can't see offhand any approach to it that woulkd change the compositional aspect favorably, at least not from anywhere close to where you shot from, though. Possibly if you'd moved up one or two ranks in the headstones, the closer tree would be a more dominat element, rather than existing on essentially the same plane as the other two.

Whatever, very skillfuly done and a very strong entry.

This photo makes me go WOW!! Great sky for starters. This photo seems surreal to me! I love your composition, everything seems to be in its place and the colors are perfect. Nice job.

This looks like it could be a picture from heidi, I guess I'll have to wait and see. If this is her picture, I love the skies in your pictures. If it's not, I love the sky in this picture. Very well shot, good perspecive, leading lines keep your eyes on the photo. This should ribbon.

I like this. The border works real good for this photo. Good POV and everything is in good focus. Nice stormy clouds to go with it all. 10

Very great composition and depth of field. Also, great clouds! I only would like to see the mid-tones a little lighter... the picture just looks a little too dark... but you may have done that intentionally for effect =) Otherwise, great photograph!
