Circle of newborn lifeby pncowleyComment: Adorable. Beautiful lighting and composition, and I also really like the frame. A couple of hot spots from the spot light, (really hard exposure situation to deal with with a digital camera, I know) but other than that, it's perfect. 9 |

Desert Southwest Burrosby tfarrell23Comment: Lovely postcard-like shot. Your background really makes this feel like it lives up to the theme of the challenge - very natural. Beautiful. 9 |

Oscar the greatby timburdettComment: One of the better "cat shots" I've ever seen. Beautiful tones, and I like your choice of desaturating all but they eyes. It really makes you connect with the subject in this case. 10 |

Peacockby rickhd13Comment: Beautiful shot with a magnificent animal. I'd like to see the body either appearing more straight up and down - I know the peacock is standing straight and I believe your camera was straight, but I think that because you took it a little from the side it makes the peacock almost appear to tilt a bit. Just a minor distraction, though. Overall a very nice shot. |

Easter's Overby DougPazComment: Cute shot, nice composition. A little catchlight in the bunny's eye would make this a professional, greeting card-type shot. Very nice. 9 |

Bearby buck4freeComment: One of the most dramatic "dog shots" I've ever seen. I really think the high contrast works well in this image, and the light you captured really brings out the dog's eyes well. Great job. 10 |

3-D Botanyby dsidwellComment: I like this shot quite a bit. I'm interested in learning how it was done when the challenge is complete. |

Little but Wildby SonifoComment: I particularly like the lush green against the dry, almost colorless background. I've tried to take similar shots, but have never been this successful. Gorgeous. Composition is especially good, also. Thanks for not plopping it dead center! I bet this makes a beautiful print. Any chance it's going up for sale??? :) 9 |
