03 Caitlinby SandyPComment: Feelings are contagious, you remind me. Your model looks warm and cozy, thoughtful and tranquil. Those feelings a transfered to the viewer as well. Like a yawn, it catches. |

Drive-In Moviesby HipychikComment: You remind me of how the ordinary, often endangered as a species, is worth capturing. In sepia it looks old - yet in bw or colour it would too. Like an average in mathematics, between the top high tech value and the bottom rustic view from the past, this falls in between. The selection process, you remind me, is what lies at the beginning of every camera click. |

Dragon's Breathby jdannelsComment: You remind me that the void is a useful part of composition. The single dead trunk and the silvery tone all over work together to make this an image to which I find it hard to attach words. But that is the whole point. A picture tells a thousand words.... you did. |

#3 - Graze and Glowby colorcarnivalComment: An intimate moment in the forest and the deer sees the viewer. Perfectly static moment. The wild faces the tame. Your remind me that it is special unrepeatable moments like this which make for great photos. |

Whitby Abbeyby SaraRComment: You teach me that simple shapes often constitute modern icons. Limited as the detail is, the scene is revealed in depth and the mind completes the picture. |

Three Miceby pawdrixComment: An event about to happen (the rat hole). An event passed (graffiti in the night). The durable stones, which will surely last longer than the humans and the paint. You remind me that simple elements in a photo can transmit varied meanings. You also remind me that story telling is at the heart of many great photos. And to give the viewer leeway to make up their own story to fit the photo... |

Lincoln cathedral (Week 1)by booboo_goonComment: Again you send me back to my growing up days in England and my views of churches. The symbolism of the arches and the age-old stone which is enhanced by this gritty black and white rendition comes over in a very stark graphic way. You remind me to use these techniques. |

Fields (Week 2)by booboo_goonComment: You suggest to me an allusion to the past. Looking backwards in time. To a pr airy. To each viewer whatever that viewer is reminded of. I grew up in the outback of Australia and this bear resemblance to some of my young dreamtime. Less is often much more and in this case, the viewer can allow their mind to wander, remember, and recreate. I am learning. It is the hints, subtleties, the senses which an artist plays with. As done herein. |

Prayer (Week 3)by booboo_goonComment: You teach me that it is often the spontaneous action which yields the sensual image, rather than the carefully contrived. Your image is sincere and that makes up many times over for its failings in composition and quality. In fact those human failings simply add to this image. I learn. |

Gates (Week 4)by booboo_goonComment: Blocking the view partially by looking through a keyhole, through a gate, or through a hole cut out in cardboard are all ways of directing the viewer's gaze, so you teach me. It is a tool worth understanding more about. |
