i like, but with the way you took this picture it looks more like Dog and his Man hehe. Also, the background, on my screen i can still see the folds. leveling the black would have taken care ofthat easily. But it wont hold that against you

the flash is too harsh here and makes the colours look bland. A view from the top could have worked better here, and instead of just having the horse and king, you could "check mate" the whole thing by surounding the king with all the other pieces. That would have made the picture more interesting i think. Also, focus; not sharp enough

the crop seems to be a little off and there is a funny thick black line on the right side of its face. However, i like the fact that the horse is in focus and the rest is blurry. And the black and white was a good move as well
