Cute setup. The eyes are sharp. Very good for portrait photography. I'd like to score this higher, but the highlights are over exposed. I realize that in order to keep the shadows from being too dark, you had meter for them. Another solution is to add foam core or reflector on the shadow side to bring the dynamic range between the white and shadow within the stop range of your camera. Then you should be able to meter for the whites, and still maintain shadows. -danny

Softbox left, reflector right, hair light above. Standard light setup for a portrait session. You're lighting is well done, the hair light has a slight blue cast. Overall the shot isn't bad, just lacks in showing the personality of the subject. He appears a bit stiff and lifeless in this shot. -danny

Not sure how I feel about the treatment on this photo. Does it add or distract? Guess that hardest thing to figure out is am I looking at a reflection of a memorial in a memorial?... thought provoking is good :-)
