I just don't see someone about to commit suicide pouring out their pills onto their desk first. Especially not vitamins.

Candlelight burns a bit too bright here., white line distracts.

Nice picture. I don't despair in looking at it, though, or think that much of anything here is. Colors are good, though.

Back later: I have to say that, regardless of the symbolism you intended in this picture, as an uninformed viewer of that picture I would have to have had at least some clue as to your intentions. Your picture is well-composed and has a fantasy feel to it, which I like, but I can't relate it to the challenge without your explanation. In the context of this contest, I think the photograph needs to speak for itself (or its photographer, as the case may be) and yours, in my opinion, doesn't do that.

Nice. Effective, too. Feels like the flower is crying.

This flower looks broken and ripped apart, rather than wilted. That's more disturbing than despairing.

I like your concept and, generally, your execution, but I would've liked for the markers to be more in focus.

Nice perspective on the city, the bridge leads you right into it.

Think Globally

This globe looks a little squished, which may be because of your crop. I wish that either the globe was a bit brighter or the background a bit darker, as I think there needs to be more contrast there. Good shot, though.

I like the filtered light you've caught here. I have a few compositional concerns. The first you probably couldn't correct, which are the blips in the water. The second is that I'm not sure about that silhouette; it just seems out of place, although it works to an extent. Nice shot, all in all.
