In Sympathy and Friendshipby indy79Comment: I think this is a good fit into the challenge. Nice composition, good colours ... my only complaint would be that I find the soft focus on the rightmost tulip to be soft and as such a bit of a distraction. |

Thank Youby soupComment: I feel this captures the challenge well. Nice colours on the monarch. Focus is okay but I would have liked the background just a little more blurred and uniform. |

Pollutionby soupComment: Im pretty sure I get it. Technically I think this is a good shot. The composition seems a little unbalanced ... maybe becuase the blood follows a dead centre verticl path. |

Dainty Gem by SonifoComment: Very nice. Well composed, nice colours. Overall very good. The fallen leaves would have been nicer if hey were stronger on he left side, but that is minor. Nice work on the burning to move the viewers eyes to the girl. |

Corridorby KathycComment: Isee the perspective, but the focus and harsh lighting are working against you, IMHO. |

How high?by RussComment: Cool shot. Nice texture and interesting colour on the pole. A little too much noise in the shot. |

Sultry Redheadby BowerbirdComment: f I can be so bold as to make a few suggestions ... the centre composition of your model is a bit static - would have liked to have seen a off-centred composiion. The background is a bi of a distraction - there is no rule that the background has to be blurred but in this case, the details of the background take too much focus from your model. Finally, the expression, to me, doesn't match your title. |

Day 1 Portraitby okiesisiComment: I think you had something nice but he crosshatch effect takes away from the "photo" element and puts the image into Digital Art, for me. |
