Day-26-a-slice-of-life.jpgby joynimComment: The moody looking shots are always the best. I tend to get my best shots of my kids when they've just about had it with me and my camera. This is a gorgeous shot of Joyah! She reminds me of a young Julianne Moore. |

I'd have to agree. When something is good, there's no need to change it. This is good. |

Day 27by JeniYComment: There are so many cool shots to be taken in subways...I think I'd be nervous whipping my camera out there though. This bit of grunginess suits the image quite well. |

Day 26by JeniYComment: The processing definitely suits this image well. I love the character added by those three broken spots in the side of the barn. |

Storyby AliciaComment: The processing accentuates the unique character captured in each face. This is deinitely one that invites many different stories to be conjured up. Got a big kick out of Roz's version. :D |

Tarjayby AliciaComment: Great leading lines! Those light really zoom your eye right to the B&B gang at the back. Aren't we nuts sometimes with the amount of time we devote to trying to get a single shot "just right"? Time just slips away when we get into our little post processing zones. Great result on this one, though! ;) |

Fall is on the Horizonby JutildaComment: Beautiful soft warmth throughout along with that bright pop of vivid blue on the butterfly. I love the diagonals of the stems in the image, and I think that the diagonal "horizon" fits in with that perfectly. |

day 28. slice of life. a beautiful sunriseby rozComment: Sure does pay to get up and out early in the morning! There's so much beautiful light that we miss when we're dreaming our lives away in bed. Wish that I were more of a morning person. |

day 28. slice of life. rural with kateeby rozComment: Another perfect choice for a children's book cover (along with your enchanted kangaroos). Katee's in just the right spot, and we get the feeling that she's off to seek out adventure. |
