last minute meby christeyComment: I like this shot a lot. The framing works well. The shallow depth of field draws the viewers attention effectively. Your eyes and hair both stand out wonderfully and provide interesting colors. And of course this shot has a strong sense of intimacy as well.. but I'm not sure what to say about that. = )
Great work. |

self portraitby mrhburComment: If only that light bulb didn't show above the screen in the back. This is a great shot. |

My third eyeby The KidComment: Nice use of the window frame to add interest to the reflection.. and the slanted horizon works well too. |

my photo lensby giampoComment: An abstract in the self-portrait challenge, that's impressive. I like this shot... surprisingly having the focual eye dead center works great. Not sure what that stuff in the foreground is, but it seems to work well. |

Look Deeper.by GeocideComment: great framing and details. I like how your eyes are glossed over instead of in sharp focus. |

Peek-A-Boo!!! (All in-camera)by StevePaxComment: I know this is valid in camera work, but the result just isn't appealing. I'd have rather seen an attempt with a long exposure (if your camera supports it) on this idea. |

My Galaxyby GalyNetComment: The execution is very nice here, but I don't really find the result all that appealing. The lines created by the glint of light inthe eye are interesting. |

imperfectby pupparazzoComment: It has a two dimensional feel to it for some reason. I'm not sure why, but the flatness does seem to detract from the image. I don't know how to fix that problem though. |

Unfrozenby 'PongComment: Very unique, but the image quality here is pretty low. If that's beyond your control, then so be it, but if it is due to excessive post processing or poor shooting conditions that might be something to work on. |

Bright Eyedby juliapersonComment: I wish that shadow weren't there (on the nose or the wall.. because I like this shot otherwise. It does capture your eyes well indeed. |
