I think that your bokeh detracts from rather than enhances your intended focal point. The white in the OOF area pulls my eye into the background away from the intended focus point in the foreground.

The background rips my attention away from the focal point which is supposed to be the flowers. Too many colors competing for attention. The foreground is in shadow while the background is bright. This only helps pull the attention past the flowers.

Tough shot, it took me a second to figure out what was going on. The line from the kite is almost invisible but I don't really know that there's a whole lot that you could do about it given the distance (and that's not really the focus of the shot anyhoo). I like the sloping ground up to the person flying the kite; nice interesting angle. Wish I could have seen more of the kite; a little dark. But overall, good color and I like it. Gave it a 6.
