My only suggestion would be to leave the bottle standing upright, in between the two syringes and further off to the rear, lost in the bokeh. |

Might have done more justice in black and white, and a bit further off, showing the man in context (posh cars parked near by, fancy restaurant, or affluent Nike wearing joggers, etc.)
Remember the "W's" of picture story-telling.
