You asked for comments? I think one of the first things people want to do in photoshop is selective desat. I did it too...I desated every image until I learned that it's like chilli - should be used sparingly:)

For me the pink is too strong here and distracts from that gorgeous face.
Also the focus is a little off. Have you tried using Sharpen>unsharp mask, in the filters menu? Play with that and you should see a huge difference Keep threshold to 0, radius to about 1.9 ish and amount try 100 ish.
