Lossby LadeeMComment: This composition has a very powerful, artistic feel to it. While it won't appeal to all, the DPC's best genuine artists like JPR & Goodman & Xion (and others) will probably rate it very highly. I have more modest artistic credentials, but I agree with what I hope they will say about it! 9 |

Communal Insomniaby amberComment: That's very good. Unlike so many of the other good photographs of night scenes, this one has a very clever & effective challenge-related point to it. You & your TV set have just enough fellow insomniacs to make that point very well. 8 |

into the darkness...by rileyComment: A very strange, effective image. Conveys a brooding, malevolent sort of darkness. A Lord of the Rings sort of scene. 7 |

Restless and Deepby FlinxComment: Very good. Finely judged balance between the darkness & just enough visible detail to create your story. It's also very successful on a graphic, abstract level. 8 |

Profileby yeouaComment: Nice image. Is this really "what darkness means to you"? Or is it just a very good photograph using absence of light? 5 |

I´ts my favorit time to take pictures....by Aron5109Comment: Well, it's a very classy photograph. Plenty of style, if a little unambitious in the substance department. So I guess that's really "what darkness means to you"; a photo opportunity. You'll score very high with this one. 7 |

Belle Lunaby ZoomdakComment: That's a beautiful night scene. I particularly like the understated presence of La Belle Luna. 7. |

Dark Knights New Wheelsby redmoonComment: What is it? My guess is a sports car that the manufacturer built pre-crashed, to save the owner the trouble. Or is it an all-terrain lawnmower? Nope, I give up. 6. |

Noirby nico_blueComment: Yes it is (Noir I mean). The lighting is great, but I especially love the pose ... the fingers seem to be writhing in some dark anguish. On the other hand, he could be taking a photograph with an invisible camera. It's striking, and it's very dark on at least a couple of levels. 9. |
