Blueby RikkiComment: I don't know why, but I think of a rose when I look at this, and my eye keeps trying to make a rose out of the patterns in the middle. |

Rainbow Dreamsby RikkiComment: Immediate reaction: 'Nice colours, but what am I menat to look at'. |

Electricby RikkiComment: I like the bright vibrant colours. But there is too much detail in here for me. I much prefer the challenge entry. |

The Grouchby RikkiComment: I don't think you need to loose the balloon. A different, less contrasting, colour should work. That is after all the essence of the picture ... an old grumpy lady with a frivilous child's toy. I think the postprocessing around the face is overdone. |

On my daddy's shouldersby RikkiComment: As others have said, the colours are great. I also agree about the guy in the front ... maybe the colour of his cap is more the issue than him being there. And I wonder if cropping the whole of the red wall would focus the attention on the young lady. |

W I L Dby RikkiComment: I like this. But the skin looks a bit over-processed. I think that I would also have liked it more if the strawberry was a lighter red. |

Barnby ceyvalComment: The hay looks very warm compared to the snow. I wonder if less roof and more snow would have made this more dramatic ... contrasting the warm colours of the hay with the snow? |

In his father's footstepsby KitaComment: A beautiful portrait. I am not sure that by putting a hat on his head makes the photograph qualify as Country Life. |
