This was a creative idea. Good use of DOF. With regard to composition, I would have removed that brown lump of something - it doesn't add much and I'm not sure what it's supposed to be or represent (sorry). I might have gone with either the house or the figure, but the figure being larger than the house seems off to me. Lighting and focus are good. Overall, this is a decent image. Good luck in the challenge.

Nice idea. The crop feels really tight, and there is a lot of negative space in the middle of the frame. This shot might have been improved if the waves were closer to the footprints, or if the reflection on the sane in the middle was a little stronger. Overall, a decent image. Nice shot. Crop seems a little tight - the top plane doens't have a lot of room. It's great that the subjects are coming inot the frame - creates lots of visual interest. Good job with te color of the sky - this is really quite nice.
