This is lovely - however the fabric at the neck lloks like a hand grabbing her throat at first glance - see how it looks like craggy old fingers? If you could change the color of that fabric post challenge you will have a stunning portrait.

oooohhh..my favorite so far! Maybe mute the skin color a little so it doesn't compete with the lovely spun gold of the hair??? red attracts the eye more than yellow so even though the photo is perfectly balance compositionally the pink of the skin carrries more weight than it should. maybe. 9

I'm cheating here - This is a ten!! But is it really a ten photograph? Looks like it to me! Or am I sooo swayed by the story (which I have been following via forum posts since he was wounded) because my son (19) is a marine who just came back from afghanit=stan and is about to be redeployed to Iraq. I hope this gets framed for their Christmas present! It's beautiful!
