 I learned so much doing this challenge. I had never done soft focus before except in PhotoShop. Since I don't have a soft focus filter, I used a stocking over the lenss. The light is from a window on the right and a ceiling lamp. I used a CP filter to help control the reflections. The roses are fake.

lovely! best i've seen so far. a LITTLE bit more light on the pitcher (just to make it pop from the background) would make it pop, but i love this shot.

This looks very much like a painting. First thing I noticed was actually the table and how it looks like such an odd perspective. The tones of the pitcher are wonderful and have a brushed look. The highlights really make it stand out, it has a very low key look if it wasnt for the whiteness of the flowers and table. They add a nice amount of color/tone and their softness sets the mood nicely. I also like the slightly off center look, which can be difficult in a mostly vertical shot. Very well done.

Very pretty still life. I love the composition here. Would like a little more light on the pitcher, but thats me. You did a super job on the softness...very artistic.
