Up Up and Awayby autoolComment: Not that I have any experience taking photographs of airplanes but I have heard that if you use a shutterspeed that is faster than about 1/100-1/150 you "freeze" the propeller as you almost do here and there is something about wierd about the plane because of that, like it´s actually stalling and falling to the ground straight on it´s tail rather than climbing up into the sky. Composition isn´t bad but could be much better, the centered composition isn´t working here IMHO. Anyway, good shot, like that you included the ground in the frame and good colours and this is a pretty good shot, at least better than most in the challenge and I gave it a 6. |

Skiff at Sunset — Stage Harbor by Bear_MusicComment: Very good indeed! This is a very nice shot, still not breathtaking and lacks that "wow" factor for me personally but it would look good in a frame up on somebodys wall and I like it, gave it a 8. Good luck in the challenge. |

Simplicityby Dax-Comment: This one, I like. Great composition and the colours in this image are very pleasing, the red channel isn´t overblown as it can be sometimes with digital cameras and the blue green backround (is that ice) really complements the flower. Still not a 10 from me as I save those for truly mindblowing shots but this is technically flawless and very well done, you got a 9 from me. |

I'm watching you!by BeetleComment: Composition way to centered for my taste but good sharpness/colours/contrast in this image, technically very well done. |

Morning Workoutby rmtm333Comment: A nice tribute to "cowspace" that was in negative space a while ago and one of the favorites on the site. Anyway, needs something more to make me gaze in wonderment but it´s very nice and I gave it a 7, I especially like the offbeat composition and the way that he is heading out of the frame instead of into the frame as is the "rule". |

A Twist of Green and a Spot of Red by FalcComment: Very nice composition and sharpness, spot on with just about everything but too bad about the flare up in the left and right corner of the shot, I know this is with the basic editing rules so nothing you could have done about it but use a lens hood (or something else to block out the flare) but the fact is that the flare is there and it hurts the image Still pretty good and better than most images in the challenge. |

Surrounded by Beautyby JSchoComment: Pretty good shot, good DOF and colours are quite good. However, I have seen so many similar Peacock shots that this isn´t particularly interesting for me personally. You need something original to appeal to me but still very well done technically and the composition is good so I gave it a 7. |

Rippled Sandby EvaanComment: Nice work, love the texture in the sand and while not breattaking it´s a very nice shot, I gave it an 8. |

Got... more?by itripnComment: Hehe, good idea and it would actually work as a commercial IMHO as it would undoubtedly draw attention as a billboard. Anyway, seems a little flat, could use a little boost in contrast but other than that, very good indeed. (8) |
