Evil Intentionsby postoakinversionComment: Awesome. well done. The composition, the lighting, the grain are all great. This looks like a movie poster. The focus being on the "scene" in the mirror is artisically done. |

Windows to the Soul by ColeyComment: Great idea and well executed. I just wonder if the subject matter in the "glasses" really does the image justice, especially in relation to your title. I would expect something more personal or evocative to be inside the mirrors. This is a really interesting image though. |

The Frog Princeby slynneblarpComment: Excellent lighting and composition. I personally would have cropped it a bit tighter. The black space does add to the scene. It adds a sense of lonliness or isolation, I just think a little bit less would help to push the main subjects a little further forward. I think you have done a great job to communicate the spirit of the scene. |

Self Reflectingby arnitComment: Nice work. Very evocative. This has a feel of "defiant youth". You have handled the lighting expertly. The large shadow is very powerful and the use of black space around the frame adds real power to his/your stare. The angle of the mirror adds to the tension in this scene also. Every element of this image enhances the look in his eyes. Awesome work. |

Autumnby JesuispeureComment: This is one of the most evocative images in this challenge. The composition is sublime and the balance of tones are eloquent. I also love the use of textures and the artistry of the lighting. This ones a winner for me. My only criticism is that the pose looks just a little bit "staged". I'm not sure what it is exactly, its just a feeling I get from the image. Maybe its her left arm. The overall pose looks relaxed but her left arm looks uncomfortable, like it would take some effort to hold it in that position. Good Luck with the challenge. |

Mesmerisedby LisaCanComment: This image grows on me the more I look at it. It has a very appealling combination of textures and contrasting light. The pensive mood comes across the more I study it. The light on his right hand is a bit blown out and is a bit distracting. I wonder how this image would look in Black and White. I think Black and White would make the most of the textures and lighting. |

Smoke and Mirrorsby JPRComment: The mood of this image is very powerful. I can't make out exactly what the details are but this doesn't really matter. Its a very gritty dark and evocative image. Well done. |

A LITTLE INSIDEby SDWComment: I think the rich colours work well and the cropping enhances the action. |
