Awesome. well done. The composition, the lighting, the grain are all great. This looks like a movie poster. The focus being on the "scene" in the mirror is artisically done.

Exceptional idea and well planned. My problem with your image is the total "muddiness" of the b&w. There are no real whites, few real blacks, and a very limited tonal range of grays. So - you get VERY high marks for the idea and the emotional image, but they are then reduced by the technical execution. The final result - it's one of my top ten.

Wow. I wondered about the picture being too dark but then...the darkness lends to the "feeling" you are trying to convey.
Simple but very effective idea ... well done.

great idea, but it's a little dark (the photo, not the idea... wait, the idea is too, but that's OK...) I think this would have been more effective with a wider tonal range in the image

Very clever. I wonder if you tried it the other way around with focus--and perhaps a little closer to the mirror. I think it would have been more subtle and might have been better that way (though many mightt not have caught it in the brief time they look.) Lastly, light seems very flat, a little directional lighting would ahve been nice.

I would have liked to see this a little lighter...but it's a great impact shot all the same. I love pictures that tell a whole story by just looking at one picture. Great job! 9

I'd love to see this with a little more contrast. As it is, it's a great photo and well composed, but some more dramatic lighting would really give it that extra kick.
