This is a replica of the Eames era "mid-century moderne" "Sputnik" lamp. In the view captured are actually two wall mirrors if you look closely. This is my first challenge entry with the 7590. Thanks to all who commented!

Maybe yellow is the point here but I think if you set your ISO higher it will give you more true colors... Before you take the picture what ever it may be fix your settings like you want for the light adjustments and take a picture of a white sheet of paper if you have the darkest black and gray do them too. then if use photo shop load the white gray and black in and save it in the file mmm uh oh minds gone its curves that help take the tint of yellow and give the photo back or enhances the true white balance in it.

Ask some of the pros on this I am still playing with this...your photos are looking good..

Great thinking! I might have tried zooming in further, is possible, or cropping tighter. Being creative like this is what its about.

Don't know what it is - but it really works. White background is perfect albeit it conflicts with the title big time.

what an interesting point of view. it would probably be wilder if you cloned out or erased the ceiling texture and removed the visible bulb in the bottom right. if you aren't scoring well, it is probably because this is a reflection in a non-traditional mirror.

No mirror, doesn't meet the challenge
