Untitled Bokehby Rook3000Comment: Brilliant. It has an esoteric feel about it. Simple elegance. Into the favourites it goes. |

Come As You Areby arnitComment: Beautiful. Masterful use of light. The composition is dramatic and powerful. The two black dots in the white space are unfortunate. Really they just highlight how dramatic the image is. |

Wind... Waves... Wings...by DrakeComment: Beautiful image. One of the most dramatic uses of depth of field I've ever seen. The composition really enhances the subject matter and the colours are very dramatic also. The more I look at it the more it intrigues me. It goes beyond words. Beautiful. |

Turbulenceby SDWComment: I believe that this is the best of the flag images from this challenge. (I haven't seen any other flag apart from the USA so far). The title and the overbearing nature of the composition create a dramatic impact. Its not hard to imagine this on the cover of an edition of "TIME" magazine or something similar. |

Candle waiting for Christmasby mannjuditComment: This is one of the more subtle interpretations of the theme. Its a beautiful image. The colouring and lighting enhance the mood of the scene. This image would not look out of place on the wall of an Italian restaurant. Good Luck. |

Bedroom Breezeby KDOComment: I love the atmosphere generated by this image. Its got a Gothic or Victorian era type feel. Off the top of my head it brings up memories of stories like "Wuthering Heights" or "Jane Eyre." The composition, noise and slight blur all add to the atmosphere of the image. Also the conversion to black and white has been beautifully done. Good Luck with the challenge. |

Hairby rmtm333Comment: I love the composition. There's also a grittiness about this image that is very appealing. Its one of those image that defies explaination to a certain degree yet makes its way straight into my favourites. Nice work. Good luck. |

Blownby riotspyneComment: Do you mean blown highlights or blown by the wind. I'm a sucker for a double meaning and I also love experimentation with overexposure. Your technique certainly creates a dramatic effect. |

Stroboscopic Autumnby myceliumComment: I love the colours and tones of this image. The composition is well balanced in a random way. The textures and colours make it almost touchable. The blur, if thats what it is, works well to represent the challenge theme. Its a beautiful and balanced image with a touch of drama. |

Democrazyby umbrisComment: I really like the composition and the motion blur. The title adds to the impact of the image also. I feel the image could be enhanced by some level adjustments, increased saturation and perhaps a curves adjustment to give the tones and colours more impact. Basically to make what is already there stand out more. This would also make an interesting black and white image. This is one of the better examples of motion blur. Good Luck. |
