Seriously now. Really nice Bokeh effect, I like the catch lights in your eyes and great clarity particularly in the eyes where it really counts for a portrait. IMHO The red strip is a little distracting and the back of the neck where the collar sticks out a fraction. Very nice photo!

Although there is a good contrast with the lights and the dark there dosen't seem to be any reason for the lights to have been moved. I think this could have been a very nice photo with the lights and the smoke without the movement. Good eye seeing these lights though.
