Interesting lighting, nice range of golds in the light and shadow. The brightness of the light globe is distracting an pulls my eye as the focal point of this image. If that is what you intended, then the light globe should be bigger, if not then it should be diminished.
I love the line and use of motif in this image. Many good things about this shot.

The lighting distracts from this image. I like the concept. The steeple and the white cross at the top are striking, so brilliantly white. Maybe shooting from a perspective of looking up with the cross at the apex of your image could be powerful. Just a thought.

Golden Gate Bridge and Sutro Tower

The dusky greyscale and headlights give this an interesting film noire look. It is a very appealing image for me. I want to turn your lens toward the right a bit so I can see more of the traffic and less of the skyline. Great job evoking a very specific mood.

Your portfolio is breath-taking. I notice a one, one two, and five threes on this photo. All of the those votes just simply seem irresponsible or vindictive to me. There is nothing in this image that could offend or bias someone against it. I think that those votes validate the argument that some people wield their vote as a blunt and brutal weapon for whatever reason. You are a gifted artist and a technically talented photographer. I know the second classification comes from hours of hard work. Your entries, in themselves, raise the bar and function as a teacher in that way.

The technical aspects of this shot are stunning for me. I find my strength in artistic elements, and I am still struggling with the technical details of photography. The movement of the clapper (is that what it's called) between the bells is a perfect touch. Captivating shot.

I swear we had the same type of camera as the one in the middle of this shot. When I was a little girl, I used to burn my fingers on the bulbs by pulling them out when they were still hot. I had forgotten about that. Great nostalgic touch with the boxes. nice shot.
