Looks like a window display, and as a window display I'm sure it gets lots of attention but as a photograph, well it's quite busy. The colours go really well together and the lighting is well executed too but like I said the papers just doesn't seem to belong in this picture. And I still stand beside my belief that this is a window display :P

Fabulous really fun shot of your daughters. I love everything here, the even exposure, the real yet beautiful colours, the position of the camera to get your models from a low placed, and the composition. Great idea for the challenge as well, impossible to deny that.

This seems very similar to me... hmm... ;)Anyway surely a ribbon with those dots and lines. You did certainly a great makeup job, maybe I could wish the paint was perfect but it really doesn't have to be, the softness of the skin really makes up for it. Great choice of B&W as well, the dark big eyes are magnificently placed into the crop. The only real thing that's annoying me here is the earings, they're brighter than the eyes and because they're also placed on the third of the frame, they really take your eyes. It would have been lot better without them. But hey, it's still a beautiful photograph nontheless.

Now now we all know who took this, and we all know this is going to ribbon right? ;) The eyes of course are magnificent, the colours, the delicatness of the skin, the composition, the background, the model the sharpness, the lighting, the contrast, the strands of hair falling onto her face, details, every little thing is perfect and you really really do know how to work you model. I really can't say anything that hasn't been said before.

Great high key image. It's incredibly appealing and would make a fabulous commercial image. The bright colours and lights really captures the eyes. Wouldn't want it on a bilboard though ;) Fear all the accidents. My only advice would be to make the DOF larger so the lollipops in the background could be seen as well.

Dumb & Lazy

Now this really has something to do with the challenge! =) Fun shot as well as great technically. The lines just seem to be leading the eye to the girl and the green tones are great as well. The fact that you used Shadows/Highlights in photoshop (I'm guessing) made a slight halo around the "dumb" and I think that's a great detail. The only thing that's bothering me is the fact that the "dumb"'s shadow is falling on the "lazy"'s head, this could have been avoided by positioning "dumb" at the end of "lazy"'s feet. Still a great shot.

Now this is a beautiful cemetary shot. I usually hate them but here it really has a different and lot better appeal. Normally cemetary shots are linked to death, to drama, to poser if you wish. But here it's just about the beauty of it. I really love the lack of contrast that made the foreground blend into the background magnificently, yet the dodging just seems to contredict that by bringing the tombstone forward and accentuating the details. I'm a sucker for the greens here as well, really neutral greens not too bright, just perfect. The only thing that bothers me is the sky, sure it's dull but that what creates the magnificent lighting, the thing that bothers me is the blue in the sky, what could be done about that is desaturating the blue and cyans in photoshop. But that's quite a minor detail that still doesn't change the fact that the image is just beautiful.

Yes I can pretty much see this ribbon and it very well deserves it as well, I guess no one can deny that =) Not only is the subject nice on itself, the composition, the lighting and the slight softness just makes this picture all complete. The only thing that bothers me slightly is the contrast, but you know I think it's just me. This picture makes me want to jump from one rock to another and then swim to the castle. Not swim float, that's what the long exposure makes me feel like doing. Beautiful

Dangerous & Lethal

Oh I LOVE the crop. Sure some are gonna be bothered about the jets being cut off, but that's what you have to pay if you want to have a tight crop, and here it looks fabulous. The sharpness is right on spot and the lighting as well. It's not flat nor is it too contrast. I could only describe it as being perfect.
