Bug Zapperby ShutterPugComment: 6/10 for sharpness brings this photo down a little in my book, but I still like the bold background and subject choice. |

Another Bugby STEINRComment: sharpness is alright, but the softness of the photo remains. composition needs help too. What does the top half add to the picture. |

Focused Felineby trainComment: great color. many will say not macro, but it is close up so I say shut up. Although a pet picture I find this photo tells a story. |

Meadowby hvauxComment: no. boring, looks like a pp blur. If it is, I have found that DPC does not reward those with pp effects if the photography skills are lacking. Or another way, you can not trick the trained eye of many here. But then again, I have been wrong in the past and would still find the photo bland. |

Wearing Your Heart on Your Wristby khdossComment: not sharp enough, and the subject matter is less than interesting. What does Macro do to bring heightened awareness to these otherwise well known bracelets. But it is original and clearly meaningful to the photographer. |

From the rose bushby jjbeguinComment: like the border and tone. Subject is brought to life by downplaying its attractiveness. nice originality. |

Dark Beautyby BalkoComment: extremely bright and alive. Maybe oversaturated, like many will complain about, but i am sure that was your intention...to reveal nature's vibrancy. |

Appleby AlexMontyComment: shallow DOF. colors are not interesting, but the hair and proximity make up for it. |
