225.jpgby NunoComment: I really like this approach. At receptions and such, I generally take picture of the table ornaments but with the couple in the background, blurred by DOF just like this. |

Liquid Goldby jmritzComment: Careful with the USM on water... it makes the water look hard and unnatural. What I usually do is apply USM to the entire image, then use the history brush to paint back the water. |

Spring Greensby sbeaumontComment: Ah oh, better watch out for the border police. (I know, I'm late in voting, you've probably already received a ton of remarks) Well... I, for one, happen to like your border. Hopefully I'm not the only one. The actual picture looks nice. I kinda would like a little more contrast around the purple flowers, just to make them more distinct. Good luck in the challenge! |

Near the Endby cabaComment: I like the sharpness of the silhouettes on the right in contrast to the softness of the sunset. |

Nature's Beauty by MarjoComment: Nice stop action photo! Just enough of a blur on the tip of the wings to show they are in motion, and everything else is frozen solid. And with such shallow DOF, the focus had to be perfect. Nice shot! |

On The Beachby NobodyComment: I think the actual beach (the sand) could be cropped and still make a beautiful image... Probably want to sharpen a little less on the sea, it doesn't quite look natural. |
