Touching with fiddlestickby mannjuditComment: A very special image. The slow exposure and the noise both work to enhance the feel. I like his face a lot with the yes closed - that also adds to the magic of the image |

First loveby Mad-DComment: Excellent feeling of touch - but a wee bit soft. Composition is great as is exposure. |

Fingers and feathersby afarlandComment: I want to play too! Great image for touch - well thought out, composed and exposed. Great textures abound. |

Can You Feel It?by bobgaitherComment: You have a very graphic scene - and yes it does make one feel the mist. It's not the strongest suggestion of touch, but there nonetheless. The leading lines from the bottom right into the image are excellent. |

Center of the Bloomby admart01Comment: This image is a real problem for me. There are many areas where the exposure is way over, no detail at all in the white. In most situations, I would not like that effect. BUt I LOVE it in this image, because the white areas are framing that wonderful center of the blossom. Thne there's your depth of field. The center (of the flower) is so very crisp - and there's plenty of detail in the underlying green leaves. The small spots on the white petals are a bit unfortunate, but with basic editing - not much you could do. Overall - a top entry - thanks for sharing. |

Ripe for the Squeezeby lwkimagesComment: Touch hell - I want to take a bite! Nice job, perfect texture is evident. It goes well with the gray and white setting, but would be a bit stronger if the stem had retained a bit more green. |

Gentle Assuranceby L1Comment: What a learning experience - good find. Everything works, but I wish the mom's face didn't cover the child's head quite so much. Colors are great with the b&w background. |

Touch down...by akhaterComment: An absolutely beautiful seascape and sunset. Touch is the weakest link, but I hope the voters can stretch a bit and pretend the sun is touching the sea at the horizon. This one belongs in a coffee-table book - or hanging on a wall, framed to 20x30. |

Securityby BudComment: Superb moment - what a cute expression. This is one of the strongest submissions - but I must admit I'm not too keen on the muddy print. There a lot of gray values in the print but it seems to lack really strong blacks or whites. What you lose in the print quality - you MORE than gain in the WOW factor you've captured. Should finish way on up there. |
