family flying kiteby saffronismComment: I know your title says it, but I can't see it. Without the title, I wouldn't be able to associate wind with the photo because the people are too small for me to see what they are doing. I really like the photo from a human interest aspect though, the compositon and colors are terrific. 6 |

After a windy morning...by gipomontesantoComment: This is a good photo of the "results" of the wind, I don't really "see" the wind. For all I know, the tree could have been cut at the bottom. Just an observation that I'm not marking you down for. |

Harnessing The Windby TrueGeekComment: This is really close to being a very good image. The problems are mostly not your fault, the wires cutting across horizontally. I think I would have liked the shot better if the angle caused the leading structure to be on the extreme left and the others to trail off into the distance from there creating a diagonal line from corner to corner. Those smaller ones in the back don't do anydthing but add clutter. My only other nitpik is that while these work with the wind, wind isn't evident in this photo. Maybe if the shutter were slower show some blurring of the blades?
Anyway, this is a good effort. 7 |

Good windby StagoleeComment: s the challenge. The colors seem a little flat on my monitor, I'm wondering if the saturation/contrast could have been bumped just a bit to make the image "pop" |

man madeby nidanComment: The lighting doesn't work well for me. It's too dark. Also, while a fan implies wind (when it's on), this doesn't say wind to me because there is nothing fighting the air currents. |

Carry me!, and show me the world.by ValdoComment: I like the colors and using the rot, creating an unbalanced negative space at the bottom. There are two things that I have a minor problem with. The compostion imples symetry to me, the way it's cut different on the left than one the right is a littel bothersome. There is a lot of noice in the blue part of the image. Both are minor nits and are just my opinion - overall, good job. |

Blowby scrum8Comment: I think this does a good job of showing wind. I wonder if it might have been even more effective if shot in the vertical direction to show more ot the bend in the plant.

Strong Windby DiscraftComment: Good idea, put shouldn't the grasses be bent over too? While the inconsistancy doesn't sell the photo for me, I still like the effort 7 |
