Driving Between the Linesby Ram21Comment: It's a shame that the oncomming white lights glare around the vertical bars; it sort of chips away at the edges of the bars and undermines the clean lines (as on the right). But a very good photo! |

Beams and Shadowsby AmiYuyComment: Very nice. Shame that the sunlight/shadows didn't make it all the way to the top left corner. |

The Low Roadby HollywoodComment: Nice. A bit dark across the bottom, esp. the leftmost string and the white face between the string and the black area to the left. |

Infiniteby jrs915Comment: Good use of thirds with respect to the depth of field in focus. |

Under the Bridgeby liteComment: Excellent focus; the brige is sharp throughout and the city is in soft relief. Lovely colors. I don't know what the stone in the bottom left does for the picture though; it's not regular enough to provide a sense of scale, but it does anchor that area. |

Fencelineby beefheadComment: Nice organization of the picture. The near-most plants are obscured by the shadow, though, making it more dreary than the brighter plant in the upper left (and compared to the fence, which is evenly lit throughout). |

The Birdcageby scalvertComment: Excellent picture! Perhaps could've used the lighting to highlight the forward 'bars' vs. the ones to the back for a more literal picture; though the weird 2D/3D effect going on might have been the intent! |

Bueaty Cagedby littlegettComment: Very well framed and composed. May have increased the focus on the deer a bit more to have the parallel lines of the cage 'highlight' the situation rather than 'dominate', but the idea comes through clearly. |
