Great look, and the pallid face nicely complements his look and contrasts effectively with the rest of the image. I also like the way you framed the picture with room on the left, although on second thought the person entering the frame on the left had better be left (burned?) out.

Good choice of the crop, and in the full picture the water drops just double in numbers (sorry, just scored the 13 challenge and am in a habit of counting everything I see - suppose I will get over it soon)

Interesting angle, and a nice composition overall. The white stripe separates the two groups even more than they already are. All faces are all but invisible, yet each seems to have a character of its own.
Interesting observation about the dodging being visible mostly in the thumbnail - a thumbnail sometimes reveals stuff you don't notice in the bigger picture.
