Looks like a multi shot but it's just 4 drops of water. That is one sharp lens. This is at f/1.8. Don't forget to "View full sized image".

This is one of the images that will be used for my lens review on the Sigma 85mm f/1.4 EX HSM. Now I need to find some sultry ladies for a boudoir shoot and I'm done.

Any comment or critique; complimentary or critical are welcome and appreciated.
Questions about gear, technique etc. also welcome.

A fine close-up portrait with great detail.
How is your search for boudoir ladies coming?

Looks great Harvey. The clarity at 1.8 is impressive. Looks great full size too.

Ya-well-no-fine ;-), I never realised what a differece there is between the large image and the dpc version. The full size is stunning ... this I would have said needs a bit sharpening to get the detail in the neck feathers out more ... but as I said, the full size is lovely :-). and yes, of course the water drops are amazing and your timing was just perfect. Great job Harvey

Good choice of the crop, and in the full picture the water drops just double in numbers (sorry, just scored the 13 challenge and am in a habit of counting everything I see - suppose I will get over it soon)

Wow! Look at those teeth. Great detail, very fun. I like the wide crop. It really emphasizes the subject.

That is indeed a very nice lens, especially since this appears to be a pretty tight crop. And you made the bird look like he was enjoying himself.

Like the shot. My back is hopfullly going to be ready to let me pick up my camera soom!
Find some of the colours could do with a bit of lift perhaps the beak and the water drops and eye. But I like it a lot.
