Old flame by LevTComment: Great shot - congratulations. Best of the bunch. Just a thought: could it perhaps be that the "1" was actually entered accidentally, by a user who used the keyboard and intended to given you a 10? It's certainly a nicer thought than thinking this was done intentionally ... |

The Assylumby vawendyComment: Technically this is excellent, so I think the reason for the "3s" in your score must be due to the subject matter that put some people off. Death, like nudity, are taboo for some. But the subject is a matter of taste, clearly. And personally I would add more significance to the high scores than to the low scores. After all, success will be based on your strengths, and the appreciation of it, not on your weaknesses. And great work isn't always appreciated immediately, or by big crowds. van Gogh was a clear case in point. |

the effects of time and gravity by mefnjComment: I like the idea, but on my monitor the pears and their shadow merge into a black hole. And the vignette is a bot over the top, I think. |

Natural Beautyby GolferDDSComment: Intriguing how the B&W version shows a much clearer separation between the branches and the water! |

Cioppinoby EstimatedEyesComment: The color photo is great - but in the B&W version is much harder to appreciate. Red and green are now virtually indistinguishable and the pattern on the board is competing with the crab. |

Diceby DistantColoursComment: Great idea, well executed. I know this is a lot of work, but wouldn't it be possible to have a (potentially different) pattern on the right? To me it now looks rather randowm. |

Seemingly, twinsby AmmieComment: The symmetry in the gate really works! Personally, I might have tried to harshen the mood on the right, to contrast with the happy mood on the left. I didn't see the soap bubbles until I looked more closely. |
