In addition to Bob's comments, with which I agree wholeheartedly, I would add that the background doesn't work for me. It looks very smooth with a lovely graduation, which is what I think doesn't mesh with the remainder of the image - it looks unreal, pasted almost. Definite positive points are the reflection and the motion blur.
