	Stranger in a Strange Land by mbardeen Comment: Wow. The lighting is off the map on this one! Hard to say which I like more: the depth and range of the glow, or the contrast between the bright points of light and our mysterious stranger. This looks like a ribbon contender for sure! A well earned 9 from me!

	Tools for Cooks [ISBN: 1903221005] by PaulMdx Comment: Love the monochromatic look, and the seeming fluidity of the spatula really catches the eye. The use of light and shadow both on the subject, and even more subtly in the background really emphasizes the eye bending effect of the shadow's curve. Very nicely done!

	"Bell, Book and Candle" by SMW409 Comment: Good composition and humerous play on words...but I can't help feeling that the peppr looks out of place with the other two.

	Great Expectations by adeywilliams Comment: Very nice. Even the haze in the background seems to contibute to the run-down and abandoned look of the building. Telephone pole detracts from the image, but I guess they are very hard to move! :)
