to be quite honest, my picture was not focused and sharp, so i just blured it, and increased the contrast! and some level adjustment!

I like the grainy effect here. The photo almost looks antique.

One of my favourite books from when I was a little girl, although I read it in Spanish translation. I love the grain in this picture. Good job! ~9

Personal taste: I love the b&w, the grain, the mystery

While this was a good idea I think it could have been executed better. First of all the legs on the picture are no longer than a regular torso and if I was trying to portray "daddy long legs" I would have made the leg portion of the picture longer. However, that is just a comment and had nothing to do with my mark. The rest of the picture looks very grainy though and not appealing to me. I would have preferred to see this photo sharper. Just my opinion though.

very nice. I really like the feel and mood you've created, yet the picture on the wall really lightens up the mood.

I like the roughness and the ray of light. It looks like he is holding a flashlight. That leads me to think that it would have been wonderful if there was something of interest that had been lit by his flashlight. Good idea, but I think you missed an opportunity to make a great picture. The elements are all there, but not arranged for the best effect.

there is a purpose to this shot but I'm not getting it. For my taste, it is too dark & grainy. It looks like the man in the picture is holding a flask light but I don't get why or what it has to do with the book title you used.

Dark, muted and old feel to this. However seems to be too much noise going on and not enough clarity to truly appreciate the effort.
